Background: Since 1996, Jeff Coe has worked with a number of established and emerging technologies from concept to maturity. He was responsible for developing and expanding several technology companies including Mercury Mobility LTD and sevenload GmbH into multiple countries and technology sectors. His core expertise lies within the internet and mobile space primarily that of entertainment, and has brokered several landmark business deals between traditional media and new media including the first major music ringtone deal in Australia. Jeff co-founded Halfahead, a pioneer digital music platform in Europe which was the first legal music platform in Scandinavia featuring record label content. In 2003, Jeff co-founded Mercury Mobility, a mobile entertainment company in Australia which saw a successful stock listing in 2007. Post IPO, Jeff migrated to Europe and began investing in European businesses. Most recently, Jeff was a Director at sevenload, a European video portal start up and was responsible for international expansion of the product. Jeff is currently a shareholder and investor in sevenload. His core focus is to alleviate growing pains and shorten the growth cycle as much as possible to improve their early success in the market. Jeff is a regular speaker at ICT and VC events including The Next Web 2009, SIME 2008 and SuperNova2008.

Björn von Siemens

Background: Björn von Siemens is an entrepreneur, business angel and Ph.D. Fellow at the University of St. Gallen and Harvard University. He earned his M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and B.Sc. from European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, where he graduated in the top 3% and 10% of his class respectively.

Björn previously advised corporate clients through both the Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company. He also developed expertise in private equity at Droege & Company and business development at Siemens AG. Björn currently sits on the advisory board of several new ventures in the media-technology, bio-tech and gastronomy sectors, offering a deep knowledge of applied academic theory and extensive professional network.

Marcel Hollerbach

Background: Marcel Hollerbach is a serial entrepreneur and business angel. He is the founder and CEO of efamous (www.efamous.de) an online media company based in Berlin and has previously done IT consulting for law firms like Hengeler Mueller. Until 2009 he was founder and CEO of new.fm, an online music and media distribution network. Previous to that he was also non-executive co-founder of hiClip.tv, a video technology and advertising company sold to Adconion Media Group in 2008. Mr. Hollerbach studied Business Information Systems (Bachelor of Science) in Würzburg and at Stanford University.

Dominik Matyka

Dr. Holger Müller is admitted to practice as an attorney and Specialist Attorney for Trade and Corporate Law at the Berlin Bar Association. After completing his legal studies at the University of Heidelberg and Münster in Germany (1990-1994), he obtained a Master of Laws (LL. M.) at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, in 1994/95 and a Ph.D. at the University of Münster in 1998. Today, he practices law as a partner of the law firm Schlüschen Müller (offices in Berlin and Vancouver, Canada). His previous employers are Lovells, Hogan & Hartson, Sportgate and eBay.

Katie Tong
